Irene Simionato
PROJECT ARCHITECT
From a young age, Irene exhibited a deep passion for design and architecture, inspired by the rich cultural heritage and diverse architectural styles of her homeland. This enthusiasm led her to the University of Venice, where she pursued her studies in architecture. At IUAV Irene specialized in the intricate relationship between new and antique architecture. Her unique focus allowed her to explore how contemporary design can harmoniously coexist with historical elements. During her time at university, she engaged in various projects, including the workshop Wa.Ve Syria-Making of the future, which led her winning 3rd prize-best design in the competition. Irene began her career by studying interior design at several studios, where she honed her skills in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Her personal focus allowed her to gain a deep understanding of both interior and architectural design, leading her to integrate modern aesthetics with traditional features.
